BUYER PROTECTION ADVICE
Safe Delivery & Unboxing Advice
For delivery-related protection, we recommend recording a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video before opening the parcel.
📹 The unboxing video should clearly show:
- ✓ Sealed courier packaging: Clear 360-degree view of the unopened courier flyer or outer box before cutting.
- ✓ Shipping label & waybill: Visible address label, barcode, tracking number, and recipient details.
- ✓ Uninterrupted opening process: Continuous recording without pauses, cuts, or taking the package off-camera.
- ✓ Product box & seal: Condition of the retail product box, factory security stickers, and seal tape.
- ✓ Included accessories & damage inspection: Full inspection of bundled accessories, charging cables, and any visible damage, missing item or incorrect product.
